Swinburne courses like design and architecture require students to submit a portfolio. A common trend for the same includes submission of the portfolio in PDF file, must include an introductory slide with your name/contact details and name of course you're applying for and work demostrating experience. Check official uni  website for more details

Not all PG courses at Swinburne require a statement of purpose. For the ones that do students will have to write statement of 500-700 words highlighting reason for choosing the said course. Also answer what you can add to the area of study and what you want to do with your Masters degree.

The admissions at Monash are first come and first serve basis and so are the Monash University scholarships for international students.

Applying early raises one's chances of getting funding significantly. They are also beneficial for meeting the strict admission deadlines for merit and need based scholarships.

No, GMAT or the GRE are not required to be submitted for the Monash University admissions for most of the PG courses, including MBA.

For most of the PG programs here, the applicants would need a Bachelors degree, some professional experience of 5+ years (MBA), an updated CV, great interviews and not the standardized entrance tests.
