Do not lose your hope apply for the course in which you want to enroll, there are many colleges where the admission is based on counselling and personal interview. You will have to contact the college directly to know their criteria of giving admissions through management quota. Colleges usually don't mention details about management quota explicitly.

Your salary package depends on many things. The company that is selecting you via campus placement or any other way. Your skills, your job position etc. But you can expect a starting package in the range of 13K/month to 25K/month.

It is almost impossible to get a seat with that ranking in Presidency University. Instead try getting through CET-Management quota with a slight difference in the fees and, I would also recommend you to apply for the interested course right away because the seats in that particular quota are limited.
