Hi,
I think the only answer to the question is practice as much as you can. In Christ, they don't look at section wise score, so you don't have to worry about it. Don't attempt any question unless you are sure of the answer. If you get an over all 70%, that would be sufficient to be eligible for admission in Christ.

You are eligible to apply with the marks that you scored. You should have studied chemistry as a subject in your BSC though. Getting admission will depend on your performance during the selection process.
The selection process will consist of skill assessment (The skill assessment will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning. This will be usually be a generic topic.), personal interview and assessment of past performance in Class 10, Class 11/12, during the Personal Interview.
In case you need more information about the course kindly refer to https://christuniversity.in/sciences/chemistry/master-o

You have to crack NTSE or KVPY Olympiad. Else, your JEE Mains score has to be more than 60%. If by any chance you miss out on mains score, your JEE Advanced score has to be more than 60%, after which you have to apply and then you will be called for a short interview.
The above mentioned procedure is to get admitted in IISC if you are a 12th pass out from MPC.
