Christ University must be very well reputed college in Bangalore. But, it is not really a good college for B.Tech. This university is one of the best colleges for BBA/BBM and good for MBA.
Placement: Most important thing for any engineering students. Sadly, no other companies come in campus except Tech Mahindra. Placement Record (Around 7-9 %): 28-33 students got placed out of 360 Students in all branches. Technical Companies: Tech Mahindra plus maybe one or two any small companies Non- Technical: May be 2-3 companies including BPO and sales. Let us face the reality here, when you step in south there are only a handful good engineering colleges in south India, those being IIT MADRAS, TRICHY, ANNA University, VIT, SRM, and a few more. If you happen to land up in any other college then first of all you lack exposure as there colleges have students from all regions of India. Before answering about the placements let me make this clear that Hindustan Aviation Academy has stopped the B.Tech in aerospace course for a while but there is still a course which is one of the prestigious course in the aviation field and that one is Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME).
