Yes, if you belong to the General category under the All India quota, then a rank of 40000 can get u admission to various courses at REVA University in the last round, as the closing ranks were in the ranges of 44001 to 100240 for this category. Please keep in mind that these cutoff ranges are of the last round General category, other rounds, categories will have different cutoffs accordingly. 

The REVA University COMEDK UGET Cutoff 2025 is out for admission to the BE/BTech programmes for all categories and rounds under the All India and Home State quota.
