Yes, JEE Main 2024 dates for admission to IIIT Bhagalpur BTech programme are out now but the dates are tentative. It is expected that JEE Main 2024 notification will be released in the first week of December. NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2024 exam in two sessions in January and April. The exact date of the exam for both sessions will be announced in the notification. At UG level, IIIT Bhagalpur offers BTech and other courses to students. The eligibility for admission to the undergraduate course is Class Twelve pass with minimum of 75 percent marks. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main and others. Eligibility for admission to PG course is graduation with minimum of 60 marks aggregate and the accepted entrance exams are GATE and CCMT. For passing the GATE exam, candidates must prepare according to the GATE exam pattern and follow the GATE preparation guidelines.

The total fee for IIIT Bhagalpur BTech programme is INR 8.7 lakh. Total fee is calculated based on annual/ semester fee available for the academic year, hence is indicative. Students can apply to State/Central government Scholarships. Also the fee includes JEE Main application fee for BTech programme. The application fee are  INR 1,000 for boys and for girls, it is INR 800.

The selection to IIIT Bhagalpur BTech programme is based on the candidate’s JEE Main exam score followed by the centralised counselling process regulated by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) through which they are allotted a seat. The seat allotment also depends on the college cutoff and a candidate’s preference for that course and college. JoSAA registrations usually begin from the third week of June in online mode. However, the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) manages the counselling process for the remaining vacant seats.
