E-Kalyan scholarship offered by the Department of Backward Class Welfare Jharkhand helps candidates belonging to either of the SC/ST/OBC categories to avail a scholarship. Candidates looking to avail the scholarship need to be a permanent resident of Jharkhand to be eligible. The scholarship is offered in an attempt to uplift the backward classes by making higher education more accessible.

Utkal University MBA is a two-year full-time programme. The programme is divided among four semesters with 32 papers to be completed over the course of two years. Students have to complete 132 credits to earn a MBA degree in Utkal University, each semester students have to complete 32 credits except the third semester where they'll have to complete 36 credits. Completing all the credits is essential for getting a passing grade in the course.

Selection to the Ph.D. in Biological Sciences at NISER is through fulfilling the education requirement and national exam performances, such as GATE, JEST, GPAT, CSIR NET, or ICMR JRF. These shortlisted candidates have to face a written test and/or interview.

To be eligible for the Ph.D. program, candidates need a Master's degree with 55% marks in related fields. Alternatively, a four-year Bachelor's degree with 75% marks can also be considered.
