I don't think, you will face any problem, if you study in a good non SPP college. The admissions will be competitive though. Apart from this, you can be rest assured about good education and job prospects.

Which are the good colleges in Canada accepting an IELTS score of 5 bands?

For international students, all universities accept a minimum of 6 bands. Even if you find a university or college accepting 5 bands, remember that visa officers might reject your application because they don't consider anything less than 6 or 6.5.

Depends on which criteria you are considering. If you mention on what basis you wish to evaluate the university, it will be easier to answer.

Hi Shiny,
It will be difficult for you to find suitable options in USA. For your budget, you can check colleges in Asia and some other European countries.

Hi Lakshman,
You can, if you satisfy the admission requirements of the university. If you are interested in MBA, you must take GMAT and must have a good academic performance. Work experience is also required, which you do have. What were your grades in Bachelor’s degree?
