Central University of Punjab M.Tech fee is around INR 20,000 for two years. At the time of admission, the fee charged from the students includes tuition fee, examination fee, laboratory fee, sports fee, computer and internet fee and many other components. Further, candidates must also pay the CUET PG application fee. The application fee amount will be different as per category/ number of subjects applied by the candidates.

Central University of Punjab MA course has two ways to get direct admission for the academic session 2025:

  • For MA and short term programme you can apply for the open/ direct admission for vacant seat by filling the online registration form and paying the admission fees online. Candidates can check the provisional selection list for various programs on the university website.

As per the official website of  Central University of Punjab, students are offered part-time jobs at the university to make them independent under the “Earn While You Learn" scheme. To be eligible candidates must have registered in CUPB for any programme are eligible to apply for the scheme. Some of the part-time jobs students can do under the scheme are as assistants in the library, laboratory, computer centre, and store.

Central University of Punjab MA seats are allocated as per the counseling rounds that is conducted based on the CUET PG exam scores. After the counseling process, the university releases the provisional merit lists. All the candidates whose names are displayed on the admission are required to deposit the admission fee online through the online counseling portal for claiming their seat, failing which can lead to admission cancellation. Further, the Central University of Punjab also conducts spot or direct admission rounds for the remaining seats after the counseling rounds.
