Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Chandigarh offers B.A. And B.A. (Hons. ). Courses in affiliation with Punjab University. The SGGSG College's admissions process for these courses is as follows:
1. To begin the admissions process, you must create an account on the college's official website.
2. In order to register for admission, you must create a login ID.
3. Next, fill out the online application form and upload any necessary documents.
4. You must have successfully completed Class 12 from a recognised board in order to be admitted to these courses.
5. The SGGSG will post the final merit list on its website.
6. Selected students must then verify their documentation and make payment of the fee.

Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication or B.A. Journalism and Mass Communication from Chandigarh University is a three year undergraduate course. The course will be offered in six semesters wherein the students will be offered Industry Oriented Curriculum Comparable with Worlds Top Universities. Candidates who have completed their 10+2 with not less than 50% marks in any stream from a recognised board or university can appear for B.A. Journalism and Mass Communication from Chandigarh University. In order to apply, candidates will have to appear for a common entrance exam which is called CUCET. Candidates can apply in both online and offline mode. After being shortlisted, candidates will have to pay a total fee of Rs. 50,000 for the entire course.

The admission procedure for the Master in Public Health MPH course is done online on the official website of the Center for Public Health at Panjab University. The procedure is:
1. There will be a notice published on the notice page of the Center for Public Health (PU) regarding the same.
2. Only regular government employees with at least one year of service experience can be admitted under the "in-service" category for five seats. The rest of the seats are open to general candidates, and two seats are available for NRI applicants.
3. The applicant needs to have a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks from a recognised university.
4. The admission will be done on the basis of merit. This merit will be based on a score in the O-CET Entrance Test plus the total aggregate of marks obtained at the graduation level.
5. Finally, a merit list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the same notice page.
6. The in-service candidates have to produce a "No Objection Certificate" at the time of admission along with other documents.
7. The fee is Rs. 20,000 for general candidates, Rs. 30,000 for in-service candidates, and USD 1830 for NRIs. For the 2022–2023 academic session, the selected list of candidates is published on the official website. You can apply for the next academic session when dates are announced by PU.
