At the undergraduate level, GJIMT offers BCA, BBA,  and BCom courses to students. At the PG level, the college offers MBA and MCA courses to students. MBA is provided in various specialisations such as Marketing, Human Resources Management (HRM), Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations Management, and Business Analytics. 

Apart from this, GJIMT also offers BBA, BCom and BCA through 2+2 pathway programmes. The duration of these courses is four years. In these courses, the first two year are taught with foundational subjects at the college, whereas the remaining two years are transferred to Yorkville University, Canada.

The institution has 18 departments that provide more than 200 traditional and online courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. The Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test is the basis for admission to all undergraduate and graduate programs (CUCET). Admissions to Chandigarh University are opened in two stages. The University also takes into account a number of national entrance exams for admittance.

Chandigarh University B.Tech Admission

Candidates should have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board. They must also have studied Mathematics and Physics in class 12. One must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50%. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories must also have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45%. Candidates with a Diploma can also apply.

Chandigarh University CUCET exam score will be used to determine admission. Candidates who have passed JEE Mains will not need to take the entrance test conducted by Chandigarh University.

The Chandigarh University admission process consists mainly of three steps. Find below the detailed  Chandigarh University Application Process:

1. Chandigarh University Application Process: Apply online on the official website of Chandigarh University. Candidates must also pay an application fee of INR 1,000 before submitting the application form.
2. Chandigarh University Selection Criteria via CUCET: The registered candidates are required to appear for the CUCET entrance exam on their chosen date. Chandigarh University admissions are entirely entrance-based for all courses. Candidates must qualify for CUCET to get admission. The final result will be released by the university after the commencement of the selection rounds.
3. Chandigarh University Final Seat Allotment: Candidates whose names appeared on the result list will be required to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats within a stipulated deadline.

According to shiksha, University Business School (UBS) Chandigarh accepts entrance exam scores from the PU-CET (PG) and CAT exams for admission to eligible courses. The PU-CET (PG) exam is conducted by Panjab University for PG course admissions. For MBA admissions, UBS Chandigarh accepts CAT scores. Candidates with a valid PUCET score must apply for admission by visiting the Panjab University website. UBS Chandigarh will then call candidates with a valid PUCET score for a GD and Personal Interview round. For executive MBA programs, candidates must qualify for the entrance examination conducted by Panjab University. The final selection is based on the candidate's overall performance. The overall cut off for UBS Chandigarh admission by a general category student is expected to be around 90 to 92 percentile.
