A job at Infosys is good but everyone cannot secure a big good rank of 23 in TANCET, if you want to utilize your rank you can pursue Mba, also talk with your organisation if they'll sponsor you on a bond or can you 'Learn while you earn'.
You have a very good score so it's your choice between TSM and PSGIM. To be frank Placement in PSGIM is better than TSM, as you have international opportunities in PSGIM. Whereas TSM gives you placement into companies for the intermediate level of the organisation structure.

For BDS you need to qualify NEET entrance exam. There are subsequent exams for BAMS.
In NEET, there are state & All India cut-off whereas for BAMS there are different exams conducted on state basis & have their own cut-off.
