Both the colleges are good. But Chandigarh University is better than Chandigarh Group of Colleges. Good luck!

It depends on how passionate are you to become a doctor. Let's be practical, in NEET, 1.5% students get selected in government medical college and rest 98.5% students fail to qualify the exam. You can go with other courses either in the medical field or non-medical field. There are huge opportunities around you.
