If you have any category of SC PWD or other reservation seat then you can think but for general not possible. You can check last year cutoffs on Jac Chandigarh 2015 site.

To get admission in BBA colleges,there are certain criteria to satisfy,if you fulfill that criteria then you can get admission in any BBA colleges, not only in Punjab.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate should have completed 12th standard with atleast has one subject has maths and marks should be 55%.

Yes, of course, you can get there without admission test on the basis of 12th. It provides B.Sc- biotech. But, the difference lie in quality. There are very few colleges in India have world class equipment for doing biotechnology.

JIIT, Noida is better than Punjab University in terms of environment, better studies and good placements, and also as per latest NIRF ranking it secured 54th position.

Yes, you are eligible for admission in PEC.
PEC conducts a test every year to take admission in that college.
Hurry up, you have to visit PEC for admission.
