Hi,
Chandigarh University is the best university for pursuing BE in CSE. There are many good things, but the only con I have observed is that students are made to put extra effort than required for the designated tasks.

As per my views, Presidency University may be a good option as being a private college in Bangalore, you will get all the facilities. Along with this, the placements are also good. So, you can choose this. But at last, it's your decision, so take it according to your interest.
