The PRSU the highest package has not been released officially. However, the course-wise median package has been released. The highest median package for the 2023 batch stood at INR 2.50 LPA offered to BPharma students. The table below depicts the median package for PRSU placements 2023:

Yes, it is easy to get admission to B.Tech in Electrical Engineering at Kalinga University.
