Candidates with their names in the seat allotment list are provisionally admitted to the respective courses. The shortlisted candidates need to report to the TNAU within the due date for each counselling round and submit the fees. After fee submission, candidates are required to verify the required documents to confirm their seats for final admission at the TNAU. If the confirmation of admission is not done before the final date, then the allotment will be cancelled.

Shortlisted candidates need to submit original copies of documents on the day of admission, including nativity proof, community certificate (in case of SC/ ST candidates), NCL certificate, age proof certificate, Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheet, UG mark sheets (if applicable) and certificate from the medical board (in case of PwD candidates).

 NCAAS UG programmes are of two and a half-year duration, comprising of five semesters out of which half a year is dedicated to 328 hours of practical training at Air India.

NCAAS Coimbatore and offers five courses that are approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) majorly in Mechanical, Avionics and Helicopter streams.

The placement rate of UG (3-year) courses was the same in 2021 and 2022, however it dropped in 2023. On the contrary, the placement rate for PG (2-year) improved from 2021 to 2022 and for the past two years it has been constant.
