In order to get seat in the Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology candidates must first get admission at the college. To get admission they must follow the Hindustan College's admission procedure, which includes online registration, an online application form, selection process, counselling process, and finally seats allottment. Candidate must qualify the eligibility criteria, which is a twelve years of school education in with 50% aggregate in Physic, Chemistry & Mathematics.
