Yes, such and other below-average colleges could have management quota to simply fill up the seats of their full-time MBA program. You need to contact them separately since such details are not shared publicly.

You should have minimum 60% marks in intermediate to get admission in B.com honors course. Apart from this, you must have to pass in every subject of class 12th board. That is the minimum criteria. Cut off may vary every year, depending on the number of applicants. But, score around 80%, may expect a seat in this college. Best of luck.

Yes, you can get admission in chemical engineering, as per your board score. But you need to appear in the entrance exam to get admission in this college. Otherwise, you can get admission through management quota. For management quota details, you can visit the campus.
