Yes, Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research offers direct entry in the second year of the BPharm programme. BPharm (LE) is a three-year course divided into six semesters. Candidates who have completed DPharm can apply for BPharm programme at DIPSAR. The selection is based on marks of candidates in the first and second year of DPharm. The institute reserves 85% of seats in BPharm (LE) for aspirants who have passed DPharm and rest 15% for students from the institute in and outside Delhi.

The requirement of entrance exam varies course-wise. Admission to most of the programmes at Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research is merit-based. Aspirants can get admission in MPharm via qualifying exam or GPAT scores. However, the institute gives first preference to GPAT qualified candidates. The institute prepares the merit list based on qualifying exam scores of the candidates for BPharm, DPharm, BPharm (LE) and MSc.

For MPharm, aspirants can get admission based on their GPAT or qualifying exam scores. Those whose name appear in the merit list are granted seat in the institute.

Aspirants who have passed MBBS or BSc Biomedical Science/ Clinical Research/ BPharm/ BDS/ BPT/ BSc Nursing/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BPharm (Ayurveda) with at least 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD candidates) can apply for MSc programme at Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research. Hence, aspirants who have completed MBBS can apply for MSc Clinical Research.

Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/ or Biology as optional subjects with at least 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD) are eligible to apply for DPharm at Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research. Besides, the merit list for DPharm is prepared based on qualifying exam scores of the candidates.

Candidates have to complete Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/ or Biology as optional subjects with at least 55% aggregate to apply for BPharm at Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research. Hence, aspirants can apply for BPharm with 64% in Class 12. Further, there is a 5% relaxation in the aggregate for SC, ST, OBC and PwD aspirants.
