Well, when it comes to Maitreyi College's rankings, it's important to note that they can vary depending on the source and the year. In 2022, according to India Today, the college was ranked 32nd for Arts, 25th for Commerce, and 36th for Science. However, Outlook's rankings in the same year placed it 38th for Arts.
Looking at the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), Maitreyi College was ranked 34th in 2022 and 36th in 2023 overall in India. Well, from what I've heard, Maitreyi College seems to have its strengths. The faculty and classrooms are said to be quite effective, which is important for learning. They also have a placement cell, and I've heard that they organized an internship and placement fair with a good number of companies in February, which is impressive.
The support from the college for covering the syllabus and gaining knowledge is appreciated by students. And it's great to know that they're working on a girls' hostel, which should offer excellent facilities.
On the downside, I've heard that exams can be pretty challenging, and there might be limited placement

The fee for NIFT Delhi ranges from INR 70,800 - INR 12.34 lakh. Further, the highest, average and lowest package offered during NIFT Delhi BDes placements 2024 stood at INR 12 LPA, INR 7 LPA and INR 4 LPA, respectively.
