Candidates are required to upload certain important documents at the time of filling out the GATE application form. Further, candidates are required to submit some of the original and self-attested documents at the time of physical verification of documents after the seat allocation process. NIT Delhi BTech cutoff 2025 has not been released yet. However, if candidates compare the cutoff for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 will find out that the closing rank for some of the BTech specialisations has been increased and the competition has decreased. Hence, the cutoff trend of BTech in CSE showcases a declining trend. Check out the below table to get a clear idea:
