In Delhi, majority of the good government colleges that provide courses in Radiology (such as B.Sc. Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology) generally demand entrance tests like CUET UG or a certain university-level examination. This is the norm of most top institutions such as AIIMS, Jamia Hamdard as well as University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS). But in some of the private or smaller paramedical institutions there is a possibility of providing admission based only on 10+2 marks but that accreditation and placement records of such institutions should be cross checked. In Delhi, The university of Delhi, or more precisely its Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (IGIPESS) is the main governmental university that provides BPEd. An equivalent degree, a Bachelor in Physical Education and Sports (BPES) is provided at Gautam Buddha University (GBU), a state university, in Noida. Yes, there are quite a number of colleges in the University of Delhi that provide girls hostel and some of the colleges that provide girls hostels are Miranda House, Lady Shri Ram college (LSR) and Indraprastha college for women. Also Delhi University offers its hostels like University Hostel for Women. Nevertheless, their types and availability are usually scarce and mostly competitive, most times on merit and distance.
