For instance, to apply for B.Ed course in IGNOU the applicant is supposed to download an online application form which is normally published from May to July. The application fee of INR 1,000 can be paid online using a credit/ debit card or through net banking. Some of the fields you will have to fill which will require scanned copies of your documents like Graduation Marksheet, Category certificate and Experience certificate if any. B.Ed course in IGNOU is a two year programme and the course fee in general is about fifty thousand rupees. There are approximately 44,000 seats available for B.Ed programme in IGNOU session every year.

The probability of getting admission or not, totally depends on the cutoff. As your score is 81, you have a good chance of getting admission. The previous year JNU cutoff for general category was 75 for MCA. So as you have better score than the previous year cutoff, the chances are good. But no accurate prediction can be done because the cutoff may vary every year. So you are adviced to wait for the cutoff to be released.

The CUET cutoff for ST candidates at Hindu College for BA Economics was around 91-95 percentile. This is the average cutoff based on the cutoff of previous years. So if you are willing to take admission, you need to prepare well for CUET and should try your best to get your seat in the first list only.
