VMMC accepts the NEET SS entrance exam, followed by the counselling rounds for admission to the DM and MCh courses. VMMC NEET SS cutoff 2024 has been released wherein the first round closing ranks were between 7 and 524 for the General AI category students. Within the DM courses, the most competitive was Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine for admission. Among the MCh programme, the most sought-after specialisation was Urology.

With 76 marks in CUET PG, admission to DU South Campus or off campus colleges is unlikely for highly competitive courses but possible for less competitive courses or with the help of other factors like merit or category. Each course has a specific cut-off which can be known from DU's website.
