Firstly you have to fill the admission form of maan at IGNOU ofiicial site, and upload the all required documents, then preview the data and fill the application fee, after that if u fullfil all the criteria of admission you got a mail, if u don't get mail then check the official website for confirmation. After that u have to fill the course fee and your admission is conirmed

Yes, National Law University Delhi offes BA LLB programme at full-time mode. The UG-level programme lasts for five years and has a total of ten semesters.
