IPU CET (BTech) follows an NCERT-based syllabus covering Class 11 and 12 topics, whereas JEE Main includes NCERT concepts along with advanced topics. The question type in IPU CET is mostly conceptual and application-based, while JEE Main requires more analytical and problem-solving skills.
