The Dibrugarh University, application fee is a non-refundable payment. There is no provision for cancelling submitted application. However, if more than one payment is made for the same programme from the same user account, then extra amount may be refunded after verification. In such a case, the applicant must file a claim within ten days from the date of transaction through the email mentioned in the application portal.
