BBA complements MBA: The basics of MBA are taught in BBA moreover as a BBA graduate it will be easy for you to relate to the basics that are taught in MBA. However specialization should be choose on the basis of your interest. You can choose HR as you specialization even if you had a different specialization in your BBA degree.

Hello,Not really being a too reputed college, both in terms of brand and placements, Bangalore Institute of Technology isn't a good choice for pursuing MBA. Avoid it and look for much better options.

If opting for working, you need to maintain a fine balance between job and studies and ensure neither of them gets affected.
