You do get to study subjects that will help you with basic knowledge of Forests, which is asked in IFS exam. Apart from that some of our faculties themselves are from IFS cadre and can guide you in the right direction. Being a management course this will help you in dealing with day-to-day situation

To get call from IIM, candidate have to score more than 85 percentile in CAT.

As per my knowledge you can not get call from top IIM , but you try some other good college for MBA.
