UPES is a very great college as compared to Nirma University. The things that you are getting here is a very good quality education very great faculty members hi tech labs Hi-Tech library and a fully complete Hi-Tech environment. The faculty members hair are very good the students here are very sweet and the infrastructure is beyond your imagination. The weather of Dehradun is very good and show the campus of petroleum university is very good. All of the 3 colleges which you mentioned are the technical institutes providing best of the technical exposure to there students and know-how. These institutes does have management programs but are average in providing you with any good management skills and exposure. They will give you placement but the company might not be of your core MBA specialisation (Marketing, HR, Finance etc. ). So in my opinion opt for a good Business School for the MBA course.

For the exam, you can check previous year's papers and for the interview practice as they check the communication and confidence in a person. You can take admission there as SLS is a good institute.

According to me, the best university for petroleum and energy studies is UPES. There you will get a lot of opportunities in your 4 year programme. It has a very good infrastructure as compared to SPM and Jaipuria, Noida. It has very high tech lab and also they have a high tech library when compared to SPM, and Jaipuria, Noida.
