High chances that you might not get a call from IIM-A even after excellent CAT score. There is only very less probability that you might get in.

There has been a 10% hike in domestic salary and 20% dip in the international package. The min salary is around 19 Lacs pa

Yes, bank will definitely finance the loan. There is generally no issue wrt loans.
