It's not possible for me to rate these three amazing institutions. As all three of them are in a league of their own. Be it Ahmedabad, Bangalore or Pune each of the three gives its students the maximum value for money in terms of education, faculty, in house facilities, hostel and placements.

There is no prescribed format for SOP but it should focus on your strengths, achievements, experiences and interest and how these could be related to PGDFM course at the institute. All the points written in SOP should be justifiable if asked in the interview.

Cut-off marks for 10th, 12th & graduation is around 50% for admission into IIM A. Having said that, clearing the cut-off score doesn't guarantee an interview call from IIM A. Refer the selection criteria of IIM A to get more clarity in the matter:

Yes, UGCAT is compulsory. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of UGAT will be called for personal interview. The interview centres will be announced later. The final merit list will be based on candidates' performance in the admission test

PDPU and Nirma University are some of the best options owing to their decent placements.

You need to score around 80 percentile in CAT and XAT exam to convert IRMA. For SC, ST and OBC candidates, it is around 45 to 60 percentile.

The cutoffs are announced to enable students to appear for JEE Advanced. You might intend to ask, closing and opening ranks in SVNIT. It varies widely between different categories and different branches.
