The placement report for Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University (MKBU) for 2023 has not been made public. The median package offered during the MKBU PG 2-year and PG 3-year placements in 2019 was INR 2.15 LPA, and INR 2.16 LPA, respectively, according to the MKBU placement report 2020. Aside from this, 65% of students were placed during the 2019 MKBU PG 3-year placements.During the placement drive in 2022, MKBU Bhavnagar recorded the highest package, valued at approximately INR 12 LPA.523 students enrolled in the two-year PG programme at this institution in 2018; 165 of them were placed. The program's median package was INR 2.17 LPA. 2019 saw a slight decrease in the median package to INR 2.16 LPA, but 252 out of 712 students were placed. In 2018, the median package for the three-year postgraduate programme was INR 2.35 LPA, with 19 out of 53 enrolled students receiving a placement. While the number of students placed increased to 32 out of 49 in 2019, the median package dropped to INR 2.15 LPA.

Some of the courses offered in MKBU is done on the basis of Merit and entrance both. Admission to UG and PG courses are done on the basis of entrance exmas whereas Ph and Mphil Merit list is considered. Qualifications for BA Geography: The minimum requirement for admission to this programme is a passing grade of 50% in class 12 education. 10+2 merit-based admissions are used. This programme has an application fee of INR 500.

Eligibility for the BSc in Computer Science programme requires at least a 50% grade in class 12 from an accredited board.

BN Engineering Computer Science Qualifications: JEE Admission to this programme will be determined by the results of the main entrance exam. The eligibility requirements are 10+2 with PCM subjects and 50% aggregate.

For admission to the B.Des programme at NID Kurukshetra, candidates must first clear the NID DAT Prelims and then appear for the DAT Mains exam if they are shortlisted. The expected cutoff for the Open rankings in NID Haryana is around 181, with a cutoff score of 61.6. The Open rank for B.Des at NID Kurukshetra for the NID DAT 2024 has been wrapped up with a cutoff score of 175. The NID DAT entrance exam consists of two sub-exams:

1. DAT Prelims
2. DAT Mains

The final merit list for NID DAT is prepared by giving weightage to both the DAT Prelims and DAT Mains scores. Candidates who do not appear for the DAT Mains will not be considered for admission. For the B.Des program, the minimum eligibility criteria are passing marks in Class 12.
