While the general deadline for most BSc courses at GD Goenka University falls in late summer, certain programs like Nursing may follow a different timeline. Because specialised courses often have stricter regulatory requirements or external entrance exam dependencies, their application windows might close earlier than others. Students are advised to frequently check the official university admission portal for course-specific dates.

If the seats for a specific BSc specialisation, or your first-choice, at GD Goenka University are filled, candidates may be placed on a waiting list or offered a seat in a related discipline. The admissions office can help you find an alternative program. To avoid this, it is best to finish your paperwork and pay the fees as soon as you get an admission offer.

The allocation of BSc seats at GD Goenka University is done on the basis of a "merit-plus-first-come-first-served" policy. While you must meet the academic requirements and do well in your interview, speed matters. Once you are shortlisted, you must pay your admission fee within a set timeframe. If you delay, your seat may be offered to the next qualified person on the waiting list.

You don't have to wait for your final school marks to apply. You can register under the "result awaited" category using your predicted scores. This allows you to take the entrance test and PI early on. If you are selected, you are going to receive a provisional admission offer, which becomes official once you submit your final passing certificates.
