DPG Institute of Technology and Management was established in 2004 and is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), Ministry of HRD, Government of India, Director of Technical Education, Government of Haryana. DPG Institute of Technology & Management is affiliated with the MD University, Rohtak. To pursue B.Com (Hons.) at Delhi University one must have studied Mathematics/Applied Mathematics with two of the other subjects from List B1 and one language. This requirement is mandatory for admission at DU only.
However, it is subjective as all universities have different eligibility criteria. For example, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak does not require Mathematics as a compulsory subject for B.Com (Hons.).

Placements for M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering and Management at Faculty of Engineering and Technology college are somewhat okay. According to Review, the college has good placements with an average package of 5 LPA for M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering and Management.

There are about 15+ MBBS colleges in Haryana including both private and government colleges. Admissions to these is usually based on NEET entrance exam.

Yes, you can enrol in the Jain Deemed-to-be University's Faculty of Engineering and Technology in Bangalore to pursue a B.Tech without taking the JET exam.
JEE Advanced, COMEDK UGET, Uni-GAUGE, and KCET this type of entrance exams is also acceptable. Thus, you may be qualified for admission to the B.Tech programme at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jain Deemed-to-be University in Bangalore, if you have a good score on any of these exams.
