CUCET is a national-level exam conducted for admission to various postgraduate programs across Central Universities in India. No, you cannot join the Central University of Haryana for B.Tech without JEE Mains. Their website states that a valid JEE Mains score is required for admission (Central University of Haryana BTech Admission) However JEE Mains is not the only way to get admitted. The university considers CUET scores for many programs, but for B.Tech specifically, they rely on JEE Mains (Central University Of Haryana Admissions). So if you are interested in joining Central University of Haryana in BTech programs then you should consider preparing for JEE mains.
