Don't have anything called management quota. You can get into Vasavi by b-category or by NRI quota where you should show that you are NRI sponsored student the fees for NRI quota is around 5000 US dollars.
If you have good mains rank you can enter via b-category for which notifications will be

Yes, you can pursue msc in nutrition and dietetics with biochemistry in bsc. There is no problem in it. You should apply for the same. Best of luck.

Although it will be difficult for you to get admission in this college with general category. But I will suggest you to give a try. You may get a seat in second or third round, but branches other than computer science. And don't forget to apply for TCE Madurai, RMD Tamil Nadu, KCT Coi
