Yes, you are eligible, if you have bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate and mathematics in 10+2 and graduation is compulsory. There are many good colleges offering M.Sc in Hyderabad.

AICTE approval is mostly needed for a technical course. However, there are theories (from various judgments of court cases regarding AICTE approval) that Universities don't need AICTE approval, while colleges do require. But, these inferences do not hold good and are not true in all instances.

You need to be passed in 12th with minimum 50% marks with Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology as mandatory subjects. You also need to clear OUCET entrance exam to get admission on the college.
