Only when you pay fees for the allotment against your choice in the assigned college, you are able to opt for your better branch, but it may be in another college and it may not be girl's college. You have to weigh these pros & cons before deciding to opt for second round of counseling.

The criteria for eligibility to the program of B.Com. Computer Science are as follows: Candidates who have qualified their 10+2 examination in business & commerce with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and more are eligible for admission.

Admission is through counselling based on the marks obtained in Osmania University Common Entrance Test (OUCET).
Well, it is difficult to confirm about the rank. You have to wait for the merit list.

If you have not attended the counselling round then the only way to get admission is through management quota seat but management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities.
