Which college is better in (all aspects) O.U or CBIT? I got 308 rank in TS EAMCET. I am confused.

OU is a government funded university whereas CBIT is not. Culture in OU is different to that of CBIT.
I think OU is better for placements and other stuff.

I think you can't get a seat in CBIT, you can once go through the college predictor:

Definitely yes,you might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria else give it a try.You have very great chance to get into this institute with this rank.
