But, if you like doing office work, then in that case, HR should workout for you. But, remember, you will not get everything sitting at one place all the time.

Hi Yatin, it will be difficult to say which countries you can go, you have to randomly contact universities worldwide, get in touch with university agents or representatives, attend education fairs, email the universities and find out. Some universities may accept NIOS, some may not. See USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, France etc.

You can apply for this year also. Work experience is not compulsory. But if you have then it's good.

Your CAT score is low, but BITS Pilani's MBA follows a profile based selection and it is not just the CAT percentile what is looked upon for admission. So, I would suggest you to apply for it.
