Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Navi Mumbai accepts various entrance exams along with MHT CET. It offers various specialisation in BE like computer Science and mechanical engineering etc. There are 16 colleges that provides BE / B Tech under the institution . MHT CET is one of the most famous exams accepted by NMIMS Navi Mumbai . Students scoring 190 - 200 are considered among top 50 rankers and can get best institution on the basis of their ranks . The expected rank cutoff 2023 was 9001-1047. The cutoff can be affected by seats availability, number of students and dificulty of questions etc.

CUET is a national level exam for enrollment in universities . All the participating universities reserve the right to set thier own cutoffs based on the marks scored in CUET by the student . These cutoff scores varies for different colleges and are also different for various programmes in the same college . 

The cutoffs for several programmes are slowly getting rolled out on the colleges website, and as of now the cutoff for B.Sc has not been revealed by the college, but it is expected to be out soon.

As of now Osmania University is also unvieling there cutoffs, steadily, but they are yet to disclose the cutoff for B.Sc. It will be published soon on thier college website.

The students who have completed their 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 60% and have qualified with PCM as their main subject are eligible. It is also cumpulsirt to clear the JEE Mains exam and should also be eligible for JEE Advanced. The college also has its entrance examinations for the students. Mahindra University also considers the score of the SAT Exam to gain admission to the B.Tech course. So, it is essential to take JEE Exam.

Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Navi Mumbai offers both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses along with various Law courses. To take admission in any postgraduation programme in NMIMS, a  candidate needs atleast 50 % in graduation to be eligible. An eligible candidate need to score required marks in NPAT exam held by NMIMS or SAT or ACT exam to get admission in MBA or Undergraduate courses. The admission in Postgraduate courses depend on the score of NMAT exam conducted by GAPC and NMIMS. In conclusion a student with 70 % in graduation is eligible to take admission in NMIMS Navi Mumbai.

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is an entrance exam for Undergraduate and Post-graduate studies, standardised by the goverment and conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which also happens to conduct few other large scale examinations including JEE-mains and NEET. 

There are many colleges who have opted to take admissions only on the basis of scores in CUET and Osmania University happens to be among them. So, yes, CUET is required for Osmania University.
