Jaipuria Institute of Management is known for its good placements record. Year by year, the average salary package offered by companies is increasing, and before, it was 6.5 LPA. Last year, the highest package offered by Landmark Group was 16 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was not less than 4 LPA. Companies like Landmark Group, Amazon, Deloitte, Asian Paints, Capital First, etc. , are some of the big companies which offer salary packages of more than 6 LPA to placed students. The placement cell of Jaipuria Institute of Management provides necessary training and motivates the students to develop their personality. They approach new companies to visit the college to offer placements to students. Infrastructure :The infrastructure of our college is well-setup. Every department is well-structured and organised. Wi-Fi facility is available 24*7 in the college. There are AC classrooms and IT labs. Classrooms are built in such a way that student feels that they are working in a company. IT labs can accommodate around 120 students and the same for mess too. Hostel rooms are neat and tidy. Faculty :All the faculty members in the college are Ph.D. holders with good experience in their field of teaching. Students enjoy each class that held in a day. Along with theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge is also provided in the form of industry visits to students. Every student has a faculty mentor who acts as a guide and problem solver for students. The student to faculty ratio is 12:1. Jaipuria follows trimester pattern, and 60% of marks depends upon presentations, assignments, industry visits, and 40% marks are based on theory. It means that we get 60% practical knowledge and 40% theoretical knowledge. Other :Many activities and events like Jai Utsav, Jaipuria's Got Talent, festive events, etc. , are organised by the committee members who are students. They organise the events under the guidance of respective faculty members and the chairperson of the committee. Scholarships are provided to the students whose score is above 70% in MBA entrance test. Our college organises extracurricular activities like business quiz, research paper writing, youth olympiad, etc.
