The admission shall be on the basis of PCM (in Aggregate) in 10+2 level or equivalent with a minimum of
60% marks. For PG Programs
For admissions, to Masters Programs a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination is required. NRI candidates are those who have passed the qualifying examination as mentioned in the eligibility

You have taken a gap in your studies primarily because you could not afford it financially. You have every right to do this. You have solid reasons for explaining gaps in your studies. With such good and solid reasons, no company will prevent you from appearing in campus interview. So just do nit worry.

A course is said to be completed only and only when all the subjects are cleared. You are saying that you have arrears of 15 subjects. This means you have not completed your engineering perhaps you have completed 4 years in engineering college but that is a different story. The only solution that you have presently is to approach your college once again, I am request them to allow you to appear for the examination and clear your subjects one by one. The fees structure here is different for juniors and seniors according to the stream and in which year they are. The fees is around 65k per semester including all the extra charges. But the hostel and mess charges are different from it.
