Though as you are very particular about this two institute only, its really good if you can personally visit the places , yes i know , its difficult as its in different cities & more over you may be in another city, but after all its about your career & nobody can take a better decision for you rather than you. You can personally visit the ins. speak to the current student or some of the past students , faculty members , you can see the infra available and than take a final decision .

Hi Chirag, graduation program in USA refers to master degree program. So by no doubt you must complete your bachelor's degree. For admissions you must take GRE and TOEFL. GRE requirement vary from university to university and you must search university websites for details.

Please find out strength of their faculty resources and placements patterns in last few years.

There are chances that you can get MNIT but that also depends on the number os students applying or the cutoff and many more factors. So it is suggested that do not rely on a single college instead apply for some other best colleges.
