Out of the two choices mentioned in the question, I would choose Thapar university as the university offers a plethora of choices between branches and other stuff!

Firstly, you need to be very clear about your choice as there are some good colleges which provide BBA and MBA programs and provide you with good placements. UEM Jaipur is one of the most prestigious colleges in Rajasthan to provide good placements. As per this year's placements, I would surely recommend UEM Jaipur for being consistent and also do have good infrastructure and a green environment. Yes, you can get admission in KIIT Law School, because NIOS courses and its certificates have the full validity at par with the other educational boards. The KIIT law school offers the following UG courses as under.
1. BA LLB
2. B.Sc LLB
3. BA LLB
The eligibility criteria of 5 years integrated courses is; 10+2 pass or equivalent in any stream with at least 45% marks. For B.Sc LLB, candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent in the Science stream with at least 45% marks.
Age: Not completed 21 years of age as on 01.07.2016. So, if you are meeting the above eligibility criteria you can be eligible for admission here. Admission criteria
