I have not seen the University is offering 3 years of LL.B. Through Hindi Medium, Because books are not available in Hindi medium. The syllabus of LL.B. Published in English medium. Further avoid to do the distance or online LL.B. Because you will not be eligible for practicing as lawyer if obtaine

Yes, you can take admission in a Bachelor degree programme just by passing NIOS exam. It is valid and equivalent to CBSE, ICSE and other State Boards. So without any doubt go for it.

They conduct their own entrance exam so JEE Mains is not important.
Banasthali University Aptitude Test 2021 Eligibility Criteria - BTech. 60% aggregate in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM). For SC/ ST candidates the minimum eligibility is 40% aggregate in 10+2 with subjects as above.
