Can I get admission in MNIT, Jaipur? In JEE Mains 2019 my rank is 17710 from EWS category and I got 87% marks in 12th standard.

See, on basis of marks no one can tell whether you will get MNIT or not if your rank is under 20000 then you will get metallurgy branch if it is 19000, then you will get chemical and so on for civil, mechanical, electrical electronics and CS I hope you got the point.

Which is better in term of ROI and has good placements: Taxila Business School or Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur?

I can't not comment on other colleges but in Taxila Business School the students get placed before 6 months of completion of course that gives an extra 6 months to earn money and gets You ROI before completion of course itself.
