As per Andhra Pradesh board 12th results were released in grades but not marks then how can I fill my application form of LNMIIT.

In eligibility criteria it is shown 60% marks or equivalent Grade so there should be option to fill application form. No, with this rank, it is not possible to get CSE in LNMIIT.

No, with this percentile, you cannot get any government college.

Below, the eligibility criteria is shown below and according to that you cannot take admission in LNMIIT

Anyone can pursue BCA having 50% or above in 10+2, even an arts student also can pursue BCA, so don't worry. And, follow your dreams. Best regards.
